Welcome! I’m so glad you found my little interspace. I’m Jillian and I am the homemaker mentioned in the title.
I started this blog in 2014 as a way to share my ongoing need to renovate and decorate my family’s home and (hopefully) inspire others to make their homes into their dream homes too. If you love to make things beautiful or to make beautiful things, you are in the right place. I have quite a selection of ideas, tutorials, and builds available for you to read. But please be sure to read my disclaimer and cautionary words included in my Disclosure page. I am not a professional. I am just a DIYer who likes to share my adventures. Think of me as a rock climber who likes to tell you about how I climbed my last mountain. I can tell you exactly how I did it, but if you don’t know what a carabiner is or how to use one correctly, you would need to consult someone in real life before you tried it. Get it?
If you want to know a little bit more about me, check out my About Me page, and be sure to sign up for my newsletter to see whatever crazy idea I am trying to make come alive next. You can find the subscription box below this post.
I’m so glad you’re here.
