Hello friends! I have exciting news to share with you today.
Have you ever heard about the book, The Secret? No? Let me give you the edited version.
It is based upon the idea that thoughts you put out into the universe create an energy that help them become a reality.
Well, I can’t say that I believe in this idea entirely but I can tell you that at the beginning of the year I wrote a list of companies I wanted to work with in 2016 and The Home Depot was numero uno.
Have you guessed my news?
Yup! I get to work with The Home Depot to bring you June’s Do It Yourself Workshop Virtual Party. My friend Jaime from That’s My Letter is a Home Depot Workshop rock star and this month she invited me to participate in a Virtual DIY Party! A virtual party is like being able to eat a pint of ice cream, wear your sweat pants with the paint stain on them and STILL party with your girls. How could I say no?
I hope you haven’t missed out on all the workshops The Home Depot offers. If you have, make sure you register for this month’s workshop at your local store, no experience necessary (promise.) There are three types of workshops offered at The Home Depot, Do It Yourself, Do It Herself, and the Kid’s Workshop. You can learn all sorts of tips and tricks to save a few bucks DIYing some easy fixes around the house, or making some great decorations. The Kid’s Workshop may be my favorite to watch because you get to see the confidence build in your children as they follow the steps and actually create something.
Are you curious what we are making this month?
